Booking
- How many people does Jump View Farm sleep?
- Jump View Farm sleeps up to 11 guests across 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. The whole home is yours — no shared spaces.
Arrival
- What time is check-in and check-out?
- Check-In: 3:00 PM. Check-Out: 10:00 AM.
- How do we get in when we arrive?
- Self check-in with a keypad lock — no key to collect and no one to meet. Your personal door code and step-by-step arrival instructions are sent before you travel.
Rules
- Are pets allowed?
- Fee: $50 per pet (up to 7 days), then $10/day. Maximum: 3 pets. Pets must not be left unattended outdoors. Keep pets away from the electric fence boundary. Do not allow pets near the cattle. All waste must be cleaned up promptly.
- Is smoking allowed?
- Smoking is prohibited indoors and inside the home at all times. Designated outdoor smoking area: Main level porch only. Please dispose of all materials in the outdoor ash receptacle.
The Home
- What outdoor space is there?
- Upper porch maximum capacity: 10 people. Tennis court is available for use at your own risk — no equipment provided. Please close all gates after use to keep livestock contained. This property borders an active working cattle farm. An electric fence is present along the property boundary. Do not approach, touch, or attempt to cross the fence. Do not agitate or feed the cattle.
- Is the kitchen fully equipped?
- The kitchen is fully stocked for home cooking: Basic dishes, pots, pans, and cooking utensils provided. Staple spices and cooking oils available. Coffee, tea, and sugar provided for your first morning. Please do not leave perishables in the refrigerator at check-out. Run the dishwasher before departure.
- How do the heating and cooling work?
- Each floor has its own independent thermostat. Please use climate control conservatively. Close windows and doors before adjusting temperature. Turn off heating/cooling when leaving for the day. Fireplace use is not permitted — for decoration only.
- Is there WiFi?
- Yes — the home has WiFi throughout, and the network name and password are in your arrival details and in the welcome guide once you have booked.
Departure
- How does trash and recycling work?
- Trash bags are located under the kitchen sink. There is no curbside pickup at this location. Drive to the dump station approximately 1 mile from the property. Leaving trash bags on-site at check-out will result in a $10 fee per bag. Please plan your trash run before departure. Checkout checklist includes: all trash removed from the property.
- What do we need to do before we leave?
- Run the dishwasher with all used dishes loaded. Place all used towels on the bathroom floor. Leave bed linens on the beds (do not strip). Remove all trash to the dump station (1 mile away). Ensure all windows and doors are locked. Turn off all lights, fans, TVs, and climate systems. Log out of any streaming services you signed into.
