“The Farm at Jump View was the perfect location for our reunion of old friends. The house was well appointed and comfortable, the views were spectacular, and Ian and his crew were very attentive and helpful. It is quiet and remote enough to encourage long walks and long talks, yet near enough to attractions to allow for excursions to interesting places. “Came up for our annual family reunion in Raphine and Ian’s place was everything we had hoped it would be. Very comfy old farmhouse and so nice to be out in the country. Watching the cows graze with their frolicking new calves, wildlife galore, and night-time star gazing was something to behold for us city folk! :) Enjoyed Jump Mtn Winery right down the road for a wine tasting, great restaurants close by in Lexington, and our teen grandkids had plenty of activity on basketball and tennis courts while we were home. They brought their own basketball and pickleball set. It was a perfect stay for our family and we will definitely stay here again!”
